Improving health outcomes often requires the implementation of treatments, which encompass both medical, psychological, and manual interventions. Increasing uptake and adherence to these treatments, understanding the perceptions and decision-making processes related to the treatments patients choose, and understanding how psychosocial factors influence treatment outcomes are key factors related to that implementation. My research focuses specifically on how cognitive and affective processes impact treatment-related factors.
